Team management , no opportunity given to learn, too much of work pressure . The senior management has now scope for empathy and doesn't matter how the individual feels , end of the day all that matters is the work has to be done . How i which this company could have had something called structures coaching , here there is not proper channel of delivering feedback , it's given right in a forum with multiple people in it , they need to understand how important it is to be empathetic and give importance to everyone's feeling . I wonder how they have been rated the great place to work award for 3 years <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> I seriously recommend for a exchange level meet with all the screeners and the truth shall come out of few team leads who have no idea how to treat someone</mark>. This is the most toxic work environment. There is no support for new joiners, no mentoring or training. You are thrown into a jungle and expected to learn with no guidance.
