-There is no growth, no salary increment, no promotions, no bonus. I got no increment for 2.5 years. -It is a target-based job with micro-management. -You are the lowest person on this Payroll basis job. Your feedback does not matter. Issues are well listened to, acknowledged, and ignored. -You have to use your own WFH setup. They won't provide a single rupee for it. I and my teammates spent thousands on better equipment in order to achieve their timely increasing targets. A good ergonomic chair will cost you a one-month salary😁, and they provide nothing but 17k per year for only the next 3 years. -Extremely low salary, even when having own WFH setup, competitive targets, and 7-8 hours of active time. -This job is only for those who have no choice. Everything is dislike. No respect, No increment, No life, you are questioned for every second you spent. micro management. Health impacted due to this company. work on saturday sundays as well. do not ask for leave and promotion. mountain load of task to be done per day forget the office hours, you are forced to work 12+ hours daily. No overtime compensation.

More targets. 1 day target equals to 3 days target now which is very hectic to reach in all terms like quality, quantity and AT. Leaves are not given properly.No one will understand employee problems. No hikes were given till now even for employees who completed 5 years in a company
