These people will cl u regarding job, they will not give any clarity regarding the requirement, they will release the offer even if u have long notice period then they'll ask us to join before,if u said no then they will stop responding to ur calls n msgs, by trusting their non sense offer if u resigned in the current company u ll loose ur job. That's all.

Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

It provides work life balance. Also as a developer i was able to learn edge cutting technology. Working on microservices and approaches.

Demerits of the company is more on a larger scale hence would not entertain any sort of demotivation among people. It completely depends on the individual whether to like the company and join the same. But from my it is a big "NO" to join the toxic atmosphere.

Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.
