No job security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

Very cheap management. They are the leader in micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
