The Manager the team leaders every one is aware of what going on in the personal life of the employees.. Your salary wil increase if you oil anf butter team leaders.. Administration is pathetic.. Floor Admin thinks that he is the boss.. The office is locked after all employees enters the office.. The reason he gives that due to corona.. but the managers and their spoons are goinv outside.. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
