Salary negotiation is very poor since they will send offer without concerning and discussing with me. If an employee is serving off site and raises issue asks for support of relationship managers and escalates it to certain randstad leadership still there will be no action taken by randstad requirement administrative team. While sending appraisal letter will not concern with Employee at all.

Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..
