On-shore managers and their insight curation

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Offshore management, their mismanagement and they speak a lot without doing anything. Also there are some managers who don’t even have analytical background but being a director leading bunch of data engineers!

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
