There is too much work load on one person and has to do everything and anything there's no work life balance company policy is very poor It's been 2 year in this organisation. I would suggest not to join here if you want mental peace. .

No benefits, no internet bill, ni transportation, hike is less than 3% doesn't matter how hard you work, they also hold the hike for more than 7 month without any proper justification, no goodies or hamper for employees who deployed to another company, no appraisal meeting, only false promises. No care zone for contract employees. No growth opportunities. Workload is very high. Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Very cheap management. They are the leader in micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
