Randstad is a good place to work for onshore people. For offshore people (Indian) is a living hell. They will tell you that the stakeholders ask to increase your submissions and they are monitoring your activities but in reality its not true. They will make you scared by saying all this thing and plus warning of PIP. Instead of motivating their teammates, they are terrorizing them. Work pressure is alot, since the company is in hyderabad they give more preference to their own telegu people. In my case since my manager was a Muslim he has a soft conner for all the Muslim members in the team. Even provided leaves during eid but not on diwali or good friday. To make worst case wrost they will make promises that they cant keep such as promotion (you have to work as a team lead but don't get paid for it or not given an official title), no gift on diwali or Christmas. They pay less and when you negotiate your salary they will say that you will earn more money in incentives. Honest truth my junior is getting more salary than me. Diversity is a big issue mainly in management .. 2 female staff out of 12 male dominated Managers..sometimes you will need same gender to express tough issues which is missing and if you have low voice you will be humiliated infront of entire crowd.. Even there are complaints raised from female staff no action will be taken from higher Management..

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Very cheap management. They are the leader in micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Demerits of the company is more on a larger scale hence would not entertain any sort of demotivation among people. It completely depends on the individual whether to like the company and join the same. But from my it is a big "NO" to join the toxic atmosphere.

Please do not join this company! No transparency from HR / Management. I was asked to leave after barely 6 months, with just 30 days Notice, citing Client policy, even though Randstad knew about it more than 3 months in advance. My Career is now in jeopardy.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.
