These people will cl u regarding job, they will not give any clarity regarding the requirement, they will release the offer even if u have long notice period then they'll ask us to join before,if u said no then they will stop responding to ur calls n msgs, by trusting their non sense offer if u resigned in the current company u ll loose ur job. Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Karan sir is the best. I preach to every single word he says. These flop companies are petty bimbs who don't know how to run a successful endeavour. Our Karan is a Starboy building 1M+ pages on both fb & ig. Ppl struggle to make a 1m page platform on even one social lol. KARAN IS A SUPERSTAR

Salary negotiation is very poor since they will send offer without concerning and discussing with me. If an employee is serving off site and raises issue asks for support of relationship managers and escalates it to certain randstad leadership still there will be no action taken by randstad requirement administrative team. While sending appraisal letter will not concern with Employee at all.

Hi, As per my view company ( Randstad India Pvt.Ltd ) is a good company but worker's reporting manager is not goo they are too attitude behaviers against workers.
