That the company culture, Work life balance , And most of them work from home as i can save my travel time to office and contribute more in to my work

I am working since last 5 years with Randstad 2.4 years off roll and 2.5 years on roll. as individual contributor only. as i have caliber to lead the team but I am seating at small location so might be not sure on the same.
