There is nothing to like at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. Too much dirty politics in the administration. Even the HR department reduces the CTC of employees, what actually they get from Head Office.

I am a victim in West Bengal Waste Management Limited (Site of Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd in West Bengal), Haldia, West Bengal. I got CTC 2 .00 Lacs and HR head Ashish Bhattachariya reduced it by .5 Lacs. Also my colleague got 2.40 Lacs, but after joining he is getting 1.20 Lacs. Contribution wise incentives are not getting employees here.

here in this company there are so many policies but they are not giving benefits of those policies. like bike fuel reimbursement, also they are not giving weekly off, festival holidays etc. salary increament is also very less, promotion is also very late, no skill development.

i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

I like to working of an other departments. In this organisation we have a work freedom for learning of other departments and so many regulatory and statutory companies. I improve my knowledge about what are policies are applicable to an employee. Here every month has a learning classes are there and all the employees are share their knowledge through this schedule.
