The company is readily adopt the latet technology. i want working with thi company to explore my knowledge and experience and get the good oppertunity to encourage myelf by working with my superior in the organisation.

Dislikes

The growth is very slow and i am working 12 to 14 hours within a day but there is no any satisfaction situation creats by my superiors in the direction to encourage my self. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freasher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribuion life cycle as well as manage day- to- day yeild operation. As long as i get to work with the client, it will be a great experience.
