1. Because of India second largest forging company they use latest technology's ever aspect . 2. Canteen food very good quality and maintain hygienic all over plant. Also provide transportations facility or provide transportation to all employee. 3. HR policy is quite good and clear to all employee. 1. Bagnoli dominate present all plant. 2. If your senior is not good it is too difficult to survive in RKFL. 3. Put So much presser on employee , worst work culture, excess politic for new employee and no job security's. 4. Tight office in time but not guarantee about out time.
