There is micro management nothing is professional every 2nd or 3rd month Hotel gm change work culture is zero they work blindly, don't have SOP. Only good for who don't know professionalism.

This hotel i work but here management to wrost basically hr department.and we don't get uniform properly.stuff washroom always come out bed smell.locker system is very very very wrost like a dhaba .the organisation are don't look up the stuff .stuff food are provide it has not good always basically i flow one thing Indian chef makeswhen stuff food they use oil wrost Burne black oil .
