Dislikes

They will not consider about the employees mindset and they will simplg ask you to resign the job. If somebody put show, they will give good salary and promotion and all. They will not value the people who is giving their 100% on the work. If any complaint raised on you, they will simply take their decision and punish you. They will not consider asking you about the complaint.
