Ramboll is a good company with high values and lots of growing standards. But not in Ramboll Telecom. Other departments are good.

Ramboll Telecom 1. Micromanaging 2. Racism 3. No work life balance 4. Very low Appraisals 5. No proper trainings to improve from lower level, 6. Threatening employees when they want to leave company due to other opportunities that they will close their career. 7. Disrespecting women Employees. I will not suggest Ramboll telecom to anyone.
