They give good hike in salary if you survive in the company.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No respect in the office. No time for leaving the office. Its only fixed or worker. If you are A Class worker then you keep in mind that if you are able to get insulted every time in front of the whole organization then you can survive in the organization. No Job security any time you can be fired from the company without any notice.

There Directors. Early morning start barking on every employees. Start from Security Gaurd to Mangers.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
