To be honest, as I am working in an outsourced spa, but still my expectation was too high. I now realised that this hotel do not care about any outsourced staffs unlike other companies like Taj/Oberoi/ITC hotels.. And also, billing system is too old fashioned and printer always have a problem and is shared with Hi-life and the spa !! This is the first time I ever see a printer and a system shared with two different departments! I would not recommend any women to work in this hotel because, most of the people there do not know how to talk to a female co-workers and the hotel is not hygienic, dirt everywhere at pool side and in spa itself, the interior is horrible! In my 5 months time, I kept on requesting to the GM to change the torn carpets (which is literally almost everywhere) still not happening.. I mean, who would use that kind of turn carpet even in your own house?? Small size towel (bath towel) only is available for massage which is 4.5 feet long, so imagine if the towel cannot cover your whole body as a guest how will u enjoy ur treatment? How can we expect a guest to have a good experience if we, ourselves cannot realise or not care about where we need improvements ????????? Lastly but not the least, Work pressure's there , but even when you achieve your monthly target , no appreciation or no recognition from the hotel ! Basically you are an invinsible team to the hotel!!
