Few people Working from last several years have a policy to take job of newly hired HODs or Any staff getting good records. the asst F&B manager, Room Division manager, HR executive are worst in order to any decisions. No professional work atmosphere at all. Except brand name RAMADA there is no other standard. Because there is no one professional of hotel industry working in this hotel. Whosoever professional tried to run this property as per hospitality standard, he or she was either terminated or asked to leave.
