Actually i was started my first job with ramada plaza.and i m going to complete 2 years with ramada plaza.i would like to thanks because of i learnt lots of things over here.and in future i wanna work with same group.

Dislikes

Most of the employes are un satisfied with there salary.they don't get pay according to work. Salary pakage is very low to compare to other hotel.this was the reasion to leave the employes.

I am working as a sr.guest service associate in f&b.i was enjoying my work.during session. Specially in banquets .when we have a back to back function.coming in different shifts. In off session we are geting littel boring.because we r enjoing to work .
