Work for 12 hours and more...LOG IN as per rota but you can't LOG OUT on time.... No one works for more than 6 months, worst work culture, no SOP, no employee benefit , foolish management, No HR policy, cheating company, no PF or promised benifits, giving bribe to govt officials and running business, LALA company, all decisions is owners call, donkey life, COO is acting like Gunda and using false language, no young talent, just retired consultants running business.
