It's policy to ignore employees who come by their own convenience,their salary get deducted even when they are stucked in jam while the other staff who come by bus their saley is not deducted

Now they are making and asking employee of each department faculty members to put false review of Rama University as they are going soon for NAAC approval everywhere they are just spreading false information to get their things done nothing as such to like in this University it's worst University which I have seen by working here for 2 years almost

Asking their employees to make false ratings and reviews on ambition box glass doors etc as they are soon going to have NAAC visit such a useless persons all they are management is worst no support for good employee politics throughout cheap mentality by management no job security no sallary on time they just provide sallary where visit are getting started false documentation impropers management and academics making false employment policies worst than the worst now getting fake reviews by employee by asking them other wise they will start terminating employee...Read More

Nothing because there is huge politics and currently they are going to naac so they are forcing their employees to give negative feedback in ambition or other platforms. If talk about management department so there is a lady Dr. Indu shukla she has no knowledge any type only she cover the dean's and doing huge politics in managementdepartment. If any faculty in management department is going for progress and better work then this lady starts jealous for that faculty and the last she gets him kicked out. Management never listens to its employees, they only take decisions after listening to the seniors, which is wrong. Every person in the organization should be given an opportunity to express his feelings and a thorough investigation should be done. It should not be that injustice is being done to a low-ranking employee, politics is being played with him because he is doing good work, so he should also be listened to once....Read More

I love the statue of Rama which is located in between the campus and the day started with seeing it is always a good luck for me.
