I wanna say about my seniors. In my knowledge some of them dont deserve that designation which they have the only reason for that they have no sense of talking and they are always just degrade their juniors and i think which is not good for companies respect(management system)in the market. This company used to called mnc only for saying not by his management system. here you are not able to get your pormotion by your skills. the only way to get a pormotion in this company that you have to make approach in senior levels like HODs of department. I have observe all the things only in 6 six months....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
