Team support, Good work environment. Seniors especially production staffs are very experienced and lot of learning opportunities created by them. At last respected Md sir is way more polite and thier involvement down the line is appreciable. Everyone has a chance to shine.

ralson is a good company . through covid 19 they suppory us by paying half salary for one month. then they pay only on present basis.

If the company gives weekly off and 8 hours duty, then it would be better company, We are doing 12 hours duty without any weekly off.. Good learning in this company.

Dislikes

No weekly off, 12 hours duty, no time for family , friends, relatives and social life becomes poor.. increment rules are not equal for every employees,

I am working here since 29 october 2014, I learned here process and management of man , machine, material, method, I learned 5-s. System.. kiezen and improved many things. I have sacrifice some of my personal life important events for it.
