Likes

Better for experienced employees having experience in top tyre manufacturing plant. Growth rate is too slow, working environment/culture is good but management system is not up to mark. Company policies are very terrible, appraisals are not fair and they give very low salary hike.

Dislikes

Management system, appraisal policy, salary, working hours are very terrible. Career growth is too slow. Management only offers good salary packages to the employees who came from reputed tyre industry.

Job for fresher is very tough to here Work culture is not as good as they shows, company policy is also very poor Working environments is also not good Too much politics in this firm. One thing i like in this plant staff and workers both are too supportive because everyone is facing the same problem like salary no good working environments too much politics

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
