Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Team support, Good work environment. Seniors especially production staffs are very experienced and lot of learning opportunities created by them. At last respected Md sir is way more polite and thier involvement down the line is appreciable. Everyone has a chance to shine.

Healthy work environment, work life balance and adding some recreational facilities can boost the working involvement of team members.

If the company gives weekly off and 8 hours duty, then it would be better company, We are doing 12 hours duty without any weekly off.. Good learning in this company.

Dislikes

No weekly off, 12 hours duty, no time for family , friends, relatives and social life becomes poor.. increment rules are not equal for every employees,

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Better for experienced employees having experience in top tyre manufacturing plant. Growth rate is too slow, working environment/culture is good but management system is not up to mark. Company policies are very terrible, appraisals are not fair and they give very low salary hike.
