The company has a strict attendance policy that does not take into account overtime or weekend work. This means that if you are late for work, even if you have already worked extra hours, you could still be penalized. There is no paid time off for working on weekends or holidays. This can be especially difficult if you have family or other obligations that require you to work on these days. There is no health insurance for the first six months of employment, and it does not cover your parents. This can be a major financial burden for employees who have dependents. Some employees are assigned more work than they can handle. This can lead to stress and burnout, and it can also make it difficult for employees to meet their deadlines. The HR department does not seem to be interested in the welfare of employees. They seem more concerned with how much money they can make from employees, rather than with providing a good working environment. The company does not seem to be committed to job security. This means that employees could be laid off at any time, without warning. Overall, it seems that the HR policies at your current company are not very employee-friendly. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
