It is a self employed practice firm running since 07.05.1996 as chartered accountants firm discharging auditing function, compliance to statutory obligation under direct and indirect tax. Further some project financing work, representation before revenue authorities like AO, CIT, APPEALS etc are also undertaken.

Dislikes

Today facing new supply is coming from new commer in the field on very low payment and further undr new rules, at various places, our function to attest is cutting down by making only online submission and said that some ease of compliance is given. Today CA attest function is losing its importance & recognition.

Work Details

Was good but in future it does not seem.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
