Every one knows Rajdeep within Pune and outskirts. So, doing business is easy and convenient at the introduction stage. It is in market since last 50 years and have good reputation, so clients have faith on it. Management have vision for future growth of company.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Low in self development programmes. Monotonous work after a year. Low in promotions and appraisals.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
