We are working as a family Teammates are supporitive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot if politics and the managment doesn't address our issues salery is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. In the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite intresting! I struggled a bit in the beginining as there was no formal training seasion.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
