Colleagues were good, old MD was very nice, the ideas of junior staffs were taken into consideration

Dislikes

After the departure of old MD company culture became very bad specially in the field of HR. The staffs were transferred to different departments overnight, Promotions of employees are delayed.

Dislikes

Finance department control all other technical department.No value for Technical department especially Civil.Comapny secretary controlling HR department ,He thinking like it's his father company like. NO VALUE FOR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
