My association with the Firm goes back a long way and has helped me bloom from a novice to an experienced lawyer. There are multiple examples like mine which shows how the Firm nurtures it’s talent. We work as a team and continue encouraging, exchanging divergent views and finally take the appropriate decisions for overall superior output. The Firm was swift to adapt as we went from work office to work from home in a span of less than a week. Since the March 2020 to date, we’ve been working in a new hybrid model. During the pandemic each employee of the Firm has a sense of job security as not a single person has been laid off, neither has been asked to take a pay cheque cut. Co nversely, we got due increments and bonuses even during the pandemic. There is career mentoring as there are team leaders at all levels. All seniors are encouraged to mentor and counsel not just on improvement in work, but also towards the advancement of each person’s career and long term goals. The Firm encourages an open door policy for everyone. The teams have young, growing, talented as well as experienced lawyers working enthusiastically.
