Likes: I am glad to be a part of Rahul Chaudhry & Partners for over three years and have been supported in my professional growth throughout these years by the management. Even during the pandemic, when the entire legal fraternity was constrained and others were cutting back on salaries and increments, the firm looked to the welfare of all its personnel across the board. The firm has not held back from providing flexibility to its employees and lawyers through seamless transition and supportive work from home/hybrid policy.

Dislikes: During my tenure in Rahul Chaudhary and partners, I never received any appreciating email which is a little bit demotivating but the guidance which I have received in the firm from my mentor is above anything.

Likes: Being independent and modern in its outlook, the firm focusses on fostering good talent and strives for professional excellence. Moreover, team work in all tasks is encouraged.
My personal view is that for those willing to work hard and put in their best efforts, the firm provides a plethora of opportunities for professional growth by encouraging attorneys to work on diverse matters.
The firm has always been flexible in adapting and implementing new policies. Even during the Covid pandemic, the firm was quick to adopt hybrid work model which included work from home policy, remote litigation, virtual court and arbitration hearings, to suit the needs of both current and future clientele along with maintaining efficacy and quality of work. Salaries and bonuses were also given on time which served as an incentive during the hard hit pandemic months.
The Partners of the firm insist on instilling soft skills along with practical knowledge of matters to ensure confidence among Junior attorneys.
