Teammates are great, if you are a good learner you can get much better skill development opportunity here, salary scale is not too much good here. Politics in managment department is worst , sometimes they makes situation as much complicated that you can't survive there, but overall this is a good place to work and serve in hospitality services

Management Department (Managers) are buttering agent to owner and they even can't know your working ability but they start judging you just as their personal views are not good they can proove you bad employee.
