The management is good but they just beluve in presentations not actual work.whata app gimick is too much but real work is just on books.

Dislikes

The enviorment at site is toxic,especially the ones who are old in system.they think that through politics they can achieve.its basically notvthe work but perception and bad mouthing that works.it more of a boss culture than being a leader.i felt i was working in a site where people bag pack at 5 45 pm,least bothered about work completed.

Gupta sir talk very irrespective way and also used unprofessional behavior even in management position, skills empowerment is very less, no management training

Well working atmosphere each & every site. excelent problem solving management system from corporate office. The best thing is all the staffs maintain the work environment very dedicatedly, so everyone enjoy work.

Nothing to dislike here. Skill development training should be increased for more development.

Work environment is very good and wonderful working platform. Overall the company culture is excellent. All staffs are helpful & good behaviour. HR team is very active to care about staffs.
