There is no bond. Salary timing is marked as every 15th - 17th of month. On the job training is not properly given to new joinees, but senior/management level is always ready to co-operate you in any doubt.
Work Details
Unofficially time span for a day is 12 hours. Sunday is generally off but weekly off is dependent upon site situation for Execution team. Payroll employees are entitled to annually 10 days festival holidays & 2.5 days PL after working 30 days.
