I worked in Radisson blu hotel Dubai waterfront 1 year nine months during my experience I was guest services champion to make the guest happy to give good customer service with personalized service and get good feedback by the guest on social media like TripAdvisor with my excellent service but in after complete one year I did crosstraining as supervisor but during training they are not teaching well even I used to go even my off day for the learning but they directly send to me up in the floor to help the supervisor even I already done 2- 3 weeks on the floor with supervisor I wanted to learn as opera skill but they are directly sending to me on floor they even I asked many time if some time I requested I have to learn opera skills then co ordinator I'd directly saying I am busy always making like drama so I couldn't happy at all that time as well bec I wanted to grow up to my skills after complete my training my executive housekeeper she is from India she is giving me. Only sweet words she was saying you can apply through the on line you will get chance for the position in other hotel bec of her I applied many place and I didn't get the chance so by the way I have to move from there as same post in other hotel then when I went for resignation then she started to say your performance was good bla bla like this so don't take direct decision in other hotel you will get chance if here is not then other hotel also she was giving me sweet words that time if you are speaking during registration time like this then why before you did not speaking like this that time you simply said apply on line you will get what is the good manager quality if the person want to grow up they should support to get the position for the nest level not like giving only sweet words bec of this rezone I have to move from there bec of only making politicians only listen to the few supervisor who is going here and there with her and there hotel manger also not taking right decision...Read More
