The Mid Management and Ground Team were excellent. Some of the Head Of Departments were also great to work with. The infrastructure was great and compensation was average.

Dislikes

The Top Most Management (people above the Head of the Departments) did not allow much room for Decision making, innovation, scope to learn and develop. The hotel is mostly short-staffed, hence long working hours and work stress are high. The standards of an International Hotel are missing.

Work Details

I was the Learning & Development head of Radisson Blu, Indore. My job was to train the 300+ staff working in the Hotel, being responsible for customer satisfaction through service standards.
