They are short of funds. Salary & Perks for the last 4 months are pending.

Dislikes

Misbehaviour & using abusive langauge by the management with the staff is a usual / general thing at Radikal foods Ltd.

Work Details

I worked hard and love my work but in return not getting the salary for the last four months. Even PF deducted from our salary has not been deposited with the PF deptt.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
