Everything starting from the nazi concentration type culture where you can't get up from your seat, to making you work for extra long hours. Six working days and not a single hour they give you to relax but when it comes to pay, it's less. Highly political environment as the higher management has no understanding of the current scenario of education sector. The modifications the main guy in management does to all our creative work is highly demeaning. He does not understand the concept of exploring the mind of a child. And no work ethics, no benefits or perks for toiling more than a donkey over here. The worst work culture where they only talk about quality but believe in only quantity.
