Very good to start your carrier as a fresher. Here having supportive staff members they support you at each stages where you are stuck and if want to lear except your roles and responsibility for that always welcome.

Dislikes

Not good for experienced person who have more than 4 year experienced.

Overall working life at Radiant Industries are good. Here i had learned lot of new concepts / activity in SAP PP Bcs i am involved in SAP PP implementation work from Radiant Industries side like as a steering committed member of Radiant Team.
