It's easy and very comfortable place to work here. Our principal always helps us to improve teaching and learning. School environment is good for ladies to work who leave their own child at home to work. The institution gives safe and healthy place far away from any politics.

Dislikes

Our teammates are very helpful but as we all know few are always ready to show their own efforts as they are the best. Career growth is not satisfactory. Appraisal at the end of the session is not satisfactory. No fixed plan for curriculum and most of the efforts goes unnoticed by principal. So, I am looking forward for best.

What I like about the school was the teachers/ other staff, how they were dedicated towards their job

There was no growth. Compensation was not satisfactory. Superior subordinate relationship didn't have any transparency
