I was an independent still bound to the whole office environment. We followed all rules during publishing their school books, creating question papers, check young children's work. I felt good every time in the evening I went home as I felt I have worked to give fruitful knowledge to our coming generation. Thank you.

As such I liked everybody at Educomp.

Work Details

I worked as Research executive. Studied books of chemistry and physics to create new books and question papers that were more interactive than the previous one with more instant knowledge and attraction.

This company on overall paremeters is a flop company. No appreciation no development no hike on salary. I must say its the most horrible company. I lost 2-3 yrs of my life on this company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
