Teammates are awesome. They will help you always when you need. Working environment is also good as you need to work in school timings. That means when school is closed you have holiday with no loss of pay.

Not at all happy with the salary increment. I didn't get salary hike since 4 years. Your work period is based on contract period with school. Career growth depends on only if you are good in sales and communication skills. Very less or negligible interaction with senior authorities.

U dont get paid every month.so dont expect bonus or any increment.When i had joined there was no proper training, training was given by existing employees who themselves dont have much knowledge.The two schools where i worked for educomp were un happy with educomp and now they have replaced educomp.The only good thing about this company is that u dont have much work to do.U can sit and pass time in working hours but is also has the biggest disadvantage that u dont learn any thing and wint get a good job after u leave educomp.so dont join this company if u want to grow in future

worst company in my life they not gave my four month salary. i am working four month with out salary work my manager always said i send you check next month. after 4th month l left the job and regularly sent mail for salary but manager or HR not reply my email.

Educomp Smart Services is a big company and using best study content. But hardware is very poor.

Most dislike thing is salary increment here no option for the salary increase that is why the employee does not work continue in this company.
