Racetrack.ai is one of the fraud type of company. Subrat Parida he don't deserve to be ceo. Subrat sahoo, so called HR, he is like a trash, he don't have any HR skill or management skill. Racetrack.ai is not paying salary to there employees. Since 1 year they are going through financial crunches. But still Suprat Parida can gift 4crhouse to his.... This guy has no moral, and another director or partner is Shejil. This guy will come and ensure that next week you will get salary. I was almost unpaid for 4 months. Pointless scut work will be given as tasks mostly ends up unnecessary rework. Not much learning achieved especially for freshers. Management still following age old processes hence there is no room for innovation or improvement. Salary will be given once in 3* months (only 1/3 of the amount) that too the list will be selected based on lottery system or never.
