As an area manager all thing youhae to manage operations/marketing infra We have managers in all the parameters but in ground level nothing get happen Marketing manager need to plan with branch manager and get it exicute ,infra person need to visit the branch and solve infra related issues,for every infra work BM /am need to take follow for everything That need to change ownership need to change
