No Management, No hierarchy. Low Salaries, Alternate Saturday working. Bad Timings, Extra hours working even calls after logging off and no benefits for this. No worklife balance. No employees respect. Bad infrastructure, there are table fans and if forgot to off the fan while going to break watchman seize the fan, watchman keeps watch on employees even records the video of employees. This is a school and the policies are even worst than school....Read More

Only good colleagues, Nothing is good about this company worst culture worst management.

Dislikes

Harasses employees terribly, tortures them, Worst policies, No management, uncultured environment. Terrible timings, No increments. All employees are frustrated even tortures while leaving the company.
