Work culture is great and I started my first project working for a US client which in term provided me necessary exposure and knowledge to keep on growing further.

Dislikes

Honestly nothing to complaint about.

Work Details

I got to learn a lot as many training sessions related to Soft Skills are conducted at regular basis and company also encourages their employees to learn and explore new technologies by providing Education assistance.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
