They did the yearly appraisal on time, promotion happened on their cycle, internet allowances, gratitude allowances, top up options in medical insurance, internal Job Postings were ongoing already. No mass layoffs of the employees from the organisation.

Work life balance is not at all present and valued in the team that I worked. People are not valued at all. Work come first , emotional quotient is not present , no empathy and relationship building with the employees. It is a very depressing environment to work in if you come from good MNCs background.

Leaders are partial and biased.no learnings and professional growth for external hires.they promote only people they like and gossip about other people.leaders don't even know about six sigma or MS office and take bad decisions and don't talk good about people.they only promote favourtism
